About Ray

Hi, my name is Ray Farinella and I’m a Licensed Loan Officer at ClearPath Mortgage Solutions. I moved to Albany from downstate NY to run Track & Field at UAlbany. Although I miss being closer to family and the ocean, the connections and relationships I’ve built since moving here have made this place home.

I joined the ClearPath team after purchasing my first home with them, during which I experienced significant changes in my employment. They guided me through the process with knowledge, efficiency and care, so well that I couldn’t wait to join the team when the opportunity came. Having been on both sides of the process, I understand how overwhelming it can be and love to partner with people to walk them through the process of purchasing their home.

When I’m not at the office you can catch me at the beach, riding a jet ski or doing something active. Church has also become a big part of my life and I volunteer much of my time there and in the community.
